I first met Heather & Eric last year when they came down from Louisiana for their engagement pictures. We did a sunrise session – little did I know that session would be one of my favorites of last year. The light was gorgeous, they were so sweet! You have to check it out: Heather & Eric’s Engagement Session. Then I did Heather’s bridal portraits that afternoon (and I need to blog them now that Eric has seen her!) at Watercolor. I love the classic dress she picked-it was perfect for her! So, Heather & Eric got married on the beach off Scenic 98 (and just in time because the Spring Breaker’s have taken over that spot now!) in a gorgeous afternoon ceremony. There were birds in the sky and the backdrop was just gorgeous. We hung out and had some fun with pictures and then arrived at the reception at Emerald Bay Golf Clubhouse. They had a rocking reception with great music from Vaughn Vanamburg and amazing food from The Eventful Planner. Tammy did a great job planning their wedding and I am always thrilled when I pull up and Myrtie Blue’s truck is there-I must’ve taken a thousand pictures of those bright, lush flowers (oh you’ll see).
