TRAVEL FAMILY BEACH SESSIONS

18 summers, right? When I read that article years ago it hit me like a ton of bricks and fueled the fire within me to truly capture families. But it isn’t just that. There are very few string of days in our lives that we can put down our work, our technology, forget about our responsibilities and live in the moments that one day we will look back on and yearn to feel again; vacations hold a lot of special memories. Our kids will sit around reminiscing about those moments at the table during holidays home from college and, later, sitting beside their husbands or wives and think of those moments when they plan vacations with their own families. Vacations are where it happens. I know they can be stressful (I have 4 kids so BELIEVE ME, I know) but its those experiences, showing our kids new worlds, exploring the vastness and glory of God’s creation on this Earth, sharing in teaching them new things, experiencing adventures with them, sharing meals together, doctoring sunburns, making s’mores, sitting by campfires, listening to the lap of the waves, soaking in the warmth of the sun on our skin, and smelling the salt in our kid’s hair as we ride back from the beach. Thats the good stuff. And that is where I come in…
I am a traveling family beach photographer and videographer; a capturer of those moments. I bottle them up as I witness them and seal them in breathtaking images and cinematic videos so that you will always have them; so that they will always have them. Let me preserve your families’ most magical moments together wherever your travels take you…for it is true, we only have 18 summers with our little ones and it goes by faster than we could ever imagine. It doesn’t seem like it but it will sneak up on you fast. I am experiencing this now with an almost 16 year old as my oldest…as the old adage says, the days are long but the years are short. I finally know what that means and it makes my eyes sting with tears and my nose feel prickly with emotion.
PRICING & INFORMATION
As you can imagine, pricing for this type of unique session varies depending on location &
services however the basics are the “normal” session fee for my hour session ($350) + the
investment of the full digital collection of the images from your session ($2750) + a travel
fee (which will vary depending upon location). I bring along the drone, my regular cameras
as well as my underwater housing so that I am prepared to capture whatever your family
desires. I do offer additional services to go along with the photography; a stunning video
of your session (like the one above from the Turks & Caicos) as well as the capturing of
specific adventures (diving, sports fishing trips, snorkeling, etc.). Weddings are priced separately.
